CSA ITC Exemption for Minor Players -- OSA PROCESS UPDATE

There has been an update from the Canadian Soccer Association regarding the process of International Transfers Certificates.

As you are aware, ITCs for Minors (players between the ages of 12-17) can take up to and at times beyond 8 weeks to process. This new exemption allows for Minors to receive Provisional Certificates if ITCs have not been received within 30 days.

The OSA will now be able to apply the Permit to Play procedure to Minor players to ensure that they are able to register at that 30 day mark if their ITC has not yet been received.

Please click here for the official CSA letter.
