Membership Renewal Form
Members must renew membership on a form provided by the district association prior to the AGM. Required documents for submission and payment ($70.00) are identified on such form. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged to clubs that fail to renew membership prior to the AGM.

Delegate Form
Each active member must accredit one delegate in writing to SWRSA prior to or at AGM registration.

All proposed amendments to the By-Laws shall be forwarded in writing to the District Association no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Annual General Meeting.


All Registration Forms and Information for the Indoor 2016-2017 season is now available!!!  

Registration Deadline for the First 11 Senior Players is Friday, October 7th, 2016.

New C License Course

The Ontario Soccer Association's Coaching Department is pleased to announce details of the new C License course that will replace the current Pre B Course. Licenses will be valid for 5 years.

OSA Town Hall Meeting

District and Club leaders from the Southwest Regional Soccer Association, Niagara Soccer Association, Peel Halton Soccer Association and Hamilton and District Soccer Association are invited to join us on Monday, October 24 from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Burlington Holiday Inn and Conference Centre.  You will hear from our Ontario soccer leaders about how things are changing in the province, what it means for our game and how you can help make it happen.  If you cannot attend, the OSA encourages you to watch the livestream of the event. 2016 National Championships Results

Congratulations to Kitchener SC and Waterloo United on their respective tournaments at the National Championships held this past weekend! 
The Kitchener Spirit 99A Girls went undefeated through the U-18 Girls group play with a perfect 4-0 record and faced the Internazionale from Edmonton in the Gold Medal game. Despite having the majority of the chances, the Spirit weren't able to find a way through and fell 1-0 to the side from Alberta. 
Waterloo United, who had been undefeated through their U-14 Girls group play, downed St. John's SC from Newfoundland with a solid 2-0 victory, securing the bronze. Well done ladies!


2016 David Forsyth Cup Champions!

Congratulations to Croatian Hrvat from the KDSL on claiming the 2016 David Forsyth Inter-League Cup! The finals versus Predators FC from the TMSL 1st Division was a back-and-forth hard fought game with lots of chances for both sides. Thank you again to all teams that participated and we hope to see you again next year!


OSA announces the date and venue for the 2017 Soccer Summit

The Ontario Soccer Association announced that it will be hosting the Ontario Soccer Summit 2017 at the Oshawa Civic Complex and Trent University (Durham Campus) from March 3-5.  Please click Read more below for more information on the Summit! 



Congratulations to Waterloo United 02A Girls and Kitchener Spirit U17 Girls A for their respective Ontario Cup Championship victories! 

Waterloo would come from behind to earn the U-14 Girls Ontario Cup by downing Oakville 3-2 on penalties.

Kitchener defeated Saltfleet Stoney Creek by a score of 3-1 to claim to the U17 Girls title. 

Both teams will represent their Club and the District at the upcoming National Championships October 5th-10th!


Match Official Appreciation Day Award Winners

Congratulations to Tamara Reitsma and Guelph Soccer Club for their respective awards presented by the Ontario Soccer Association.  Guelph Soccer Club was awarded the Club Match Officials Development Award for their dedication to the development, retention, and the exceptional performance of match officials.  Reitsma herself was awarded the Spirit of the Game Award for her contribution to her Club and others within the District.  Click Read more below for the link the OSA's release.


2016 Ontario Cup Finalists!

Congratulations to following three SWRSA teams for winning their Ontario Cup Semi-Final round this past weekend and good luck as they pursue the Championship title in a few weeks time. 

-Waterloo United 02A Girls team will take on Oakville SC on Sunday, Sept 11th @ 10:00am. 
-Waterloo United U16 Boys A team will play Scarborough Saturday, Sept 10th @ 3:00pm.
-Kitchener Spirit U17 Girls will take on Saltfleet Stoney Creek Black in the finals on Sunday, Sept 11th @ 3:00pm.

All games take place at the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan.

Match Official Assessors

Assessors will be paid $60 per game assessed.


Referees found to be officiating unsanctioned games will be charged accordingly under OSA discipline policy 4.58. For further details outlining risks of officiating unsanctioned games can be found on the South West Soccer Referees' Association in the article titled UNSANCTIONED GAMES.

Game Report Submission Process

Electronic Game Sheet submissions will be permitted for the Outdoor 2015 season. To email game sheets and reports, please follow the directions below:

- League Name
- Game Number
- Referee's Name

B. Game Sheets and Reports

- Attached Scanned PDF's only !

Images of game sheets will NOT be accepted.

Please note there are Free Apps available to allow you complete this process from your phone.


SWRSA publishes the information of all parties required to attend regularly scheduled discipline hearings along with the rights of the accused. The primary method of notification is provided on this website. A courtesy letter / email will also be issued to the club and league where the infraction occurred for information purposes. 

As per OSA Policy 5.4.2 the accused may request the Misconduct Report(s) up to 30 minutes prior to their hearing.
